1. About us

This website, gafli.shop, is operated by Gafli ("we", "us", "our"), Unit 29, Skylines Village, London E14 9TS, United Kingdom. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). We make every effort to display products, descriptions and prices accurately. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

4. Age-restricted products

Under UK law we cannot sell knives or bladed items (including secateurs and shears) to anyone under 18. By ordering such an item you confirm you are 18 or over. Proof of age may be required on delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return items free of charge within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Product use

Please use all garden tools safely and according to the manufacturer's instructions. Keep bladed tools away from children.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the products you ordered.
