Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm or at the weekend are processed the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. In total, most orders arrive within 4-7 working days of being placed.

Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carrier delays, bad weather or peak periods can add time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible, before dispatch, and we will update it.
Age-restricted items
Some products (such as secateurs and shears) are bladed items. Under UK law they can only be sold to customers aged 18 or over, and the carrier may ask for proof of age on delivery.
