Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Can I return an item?

When will I get my refund?
We refund your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return.
My item arrived damaged – what do I do?
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Just email us.
Are there age restrictions?
Bladed items such as secateurs and shears can only be sold to customers aged 18 or over, under UK law.
