Refund policy

At Gafli we want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Free returns

Returns are free for all customers in the United Kingdom. We send you a prepaid return label by email, so you do not pay anything to send the item back.

Conditions

  • Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where possible.
  • Please include your order number with the return.
  • Items that are faulty or damaged on arrival can always be returned, whatever their condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@gafli.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply within 1 working day with your free prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop it off at the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3-10 working days to appear on your statement. Delivery is free, so there is nothing to deduct.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us. Orders already dispatched can be returned under this policy.
